The most important thing on your healing journey; I believe in my maybe to depressing thoughts; is, that there is no such thing as healing from a mental condition… You rather learn to live with everything; the pain, the struggles and the thoughts in one’s head; instead of chasing for it to disappear.
“You have to learn to live with the pain. You have to learn step by step, day by day… It only gets easier if you know how to deal with it, rather than letting it be. There’s always something you can do! You just have to do it the right way, with the right mindset!”
I want to show you this mindset! I want to give insights on thoughts, believes and things to do to gain, use and keep this mindset… (this sounds way to positive…lol)
